This past weekend I went on a mini-vacation to Port Aransas! I had a great time with my nephews, family, and friends! The coast was actually a lot nicer than I remember. It was Joshua’s first time to the beach! He loved playing in the sand and walking on the water! Joel had a great time as well playing with his trucks.  There was one incident that scared the shit out of me! Joel and I were playing in the water when a sting ray swam next to him. I immediately grabbed his arm and yanked him back to shore! I didn’t want to make him scared of the water so I told him there was trash floating around and I didn’t want him to get dirty.  Haha! I know that was a horrible lie! He is starting to get more comfortable with the water and being in a pool! Hopefully soon he will learn how to swim! I love those boys and I often finding myself staring at them and watching them as they explore the world around them! They constantly make me smile!
